Reflection

Not to be hypocritical, but I would sincerely like to give thanks to several people. Thank You for those who has stood by me when I'm feeling low. Thank You for those who has taken off their precious time to study with me. Even those who said that they'll study with me but last minute couldn't turn up, I would still like to Thank You for at least you answered me back. Thank You for those who have been, without failed, everyday viewing my blog. My apology for not updating entries this few days as I will be mugging on for my revision in preparation for Prelim paper and Os paper. Thank You for those who have sent numbers of encouraging message to me. Thank You everyone. Thank You for this particular person who has indirectly provoked me. Though you would think that I'm just blindly worrying too much, I'm taking everything cautiously now. Thanks for 'motivating' me in such a way. Tata!

Bermuda Love - Chapter 13

" Sir, May I go to the washroom? Please... " asked Janet.

" Why? We're having mini tennis competition now.." replied Mr Chris.

" I'm not feeling well. I'm feeling nauseous. I think I'll vomit anytime now.. .."

" Oh no!! OK OK, go now, go now!" exclaimed Mr Chris.

" Thank You Sir... ..." replied Janet.

As soon as Janet received the permission from Mr Chris, she immediately dashed towards the washroom which was just next to the Hall. Janet quickly entered into a cubicle and slammed the door. Janet coughed very badly.. Soon enough, she vomited. What really shocked Janet was the reddish substance found in the vomit. It was blood. Janet was stunned. She do not know what to do. At that point of time, all Janet could think of was just a cup of hot drink to smooth her throat. Right now, Janet has yet to recover and she seek everyone who knows her to pray for quick recovery unto her as she will be having her English Oral in a few days time.


Bermuda Love - Chapter 12

Upon knowing the current situation, Janet made a decision, that is to 'wake up' now and get things done. It seems like a big change has occurred in Janet's life. Every now and then, Janet has been keeping real quiet in class. It was as though she has built up an invisible wall between her life and the secular world. Everyday in the morning, Janet kept real quiet, while her other clicks talk among themselves. Every after school, Janet always travel home by herself as she felt more comfortable with it. The distance between Janet and her clicks has widen. All this while, Janet's main focus is on studying and nothing else... She just wanted to get back home immediately after school as she would really want to grab hold of every minutes to do whatever revision she has planned for the day itself. Janet is now isolated in her own world, accompanied with books, books and more books.. Chit chatting, shopping and free time have been strike off in her category list.


Bermuda Love - Chapter 11

For the first time in Year 2007, Janet cried. It was the tears of sorrow,agony and disappointment. Janet received an unexpected news from school. The released results of her important paper. Janet stared blankly in space after knowing her scores. Janet scored an average in her overall result. That kind of results did not meet Janet's target. Janet started to panic, soon enough, she absent herself from the scene and immediately ran to the girl's washroom. Janet burst into tears. She cried sorrowfully but yet silently. She heart ached like a thousand slash of knife cutting through. As soon as her tears are all dried up, she text a message to her boyfriend, telling him how disappointed she was.

" Don't worry dear.. Jia you! Don't give up. Keep on moving! U'll always have my support. :) " Frederick replied.

Before Janet could grab a chance to reply him, he sent another message.

" Just wanna let you know that whatever happens, I will never lose faith in U.
Because God has never lose His faith in U too.. "

Janet felt relieved after reading the SMS. True enough, whoever can lose faith in her, but God has not been giving up on her. God constantly believing that His child will soar and progress even better in future. As troubled times are about to be faced, God will stand forth strong to support and move her. Thank You God... Thank You dear...


Bermuda Love - Chapter 10

[ 12th August 2007]

Today is Sunday. As usual, Janet woke up very early in the morning for her Bible Studies class and service. She learned a new worship song during service and she felt a sense in her heart that God has spoken a secret to her. With the guidance of Holy Spirit, the whole hall was filled with His presence. As all of em' flows with the realm, God pictured a scenario to Janet. In the midst of all troubled times, Jesus has always been with her like a shield, standing in front of her, defending every obstacles that comes. Janet felt very touched by his care and loves towards her. No one has ever fought so hard for her sake. At times when Janet is complacent, He never blames her. He forgives us as what His promises has said. Janet broke down in tears as she sang the new song. How wonderful is our Lord Jesus Christ. Greater is He who is in us. Greater is He than all the earth. Thank You Lord for being our best friend..

Today shall mark a special day for all of us. Today is Singapore's 42th Birthday! What a joyful occasion for the citizens in Singapore. Majority of us went down to Marina Bay and witnessed the beautiful firework. On the day itself, together with Sean & Elaine, Janet and her boyfriend celebrated National Day outside the parade area. It shall be a memorable experience for all of us as both couples set their heart, promising each other that every year on this particular day, they shall come together, witnessing the awesome & lovely scenery..[ I Love you..]

Recently, as Janet was browsing through several websites, she came across a list names, attached with links. Being curious of how James is living now, Janet clicked on the link without any hesitation. Within a split second, Janet managed to enter into his blog. The first thing that appeared right in front of her screen was a video, posted on his recent entry. It talks about his church ministry, Usher Ministry. While Janet ran through the video, Janet realised that James has changed a lot. Being it in physical look, be it in character or personality, James has become a nice person. To recall back, James used to be a 'strange' person, an introvert. Right now, he could actually interact with new usher friends and the church congregation very well. Janet felt happy for him.

Bermuda Love - Chapter 7

"Oi! Look at the girl in uniform... "

"Uncle, can I have wanton noodle with chili?.. Takeaway please. Thank You.." asked Janet.

" What a young, polite, serene lil girl.. but *sighz*.."

Why *sighz*? "

"Well.. She has a beautiful face, but look her skin condition.. "

All of em' changed their focal point to her leg.

"So dry. So unsightly.. What a pity."

" Ya.. "(A typical Singaporean reply.)

In the midst of preparing the noodle, one of em' went over to the shelf and squeezed a small portion of medicated cream into a plastic bag..

" Lil girl.. Take this home and apply it. It helps to heal the minor wounds on your skin. "

Janet was shocked when the uncle passed her that cream as she was not very familiar with him..

" What a nice uncle. But Mama told me not to use any unknown medication because my condition is not any ordinary skin problem. Guess I have no choice but to waste his effort already.. " Janet thought.

About 5 minutes later, her noodle was ready. She took the food. Not to disappoint the uncle, Janet also took that medicated cream. but as soon as she have walked a distance away from the coffee shop, she threw that medicated cream into the rubbish bin.

Bermuda Love - Chapter 6

As usual, Janet* woke up early in the morning at 5.30am.. Soon after she had taken her bath, she wore the same old uniform which she have been wearing since Sec 1. She ate her breakfast, which was especially made by herself. At about 6.10am, she bid goodbye to granny Lim and started her journey to school. It has been always a wonderful trip to school as Janet gets to see lots of adults, including students, passing by her, rushing through their way to work or to school. While Janet stood beside the pillar, waiting for Jade* and all to arrive, she occupied herself by doing some reflection in the mind. She recalled the time spent, be it in studies, relationship, family etc.. She felt very reluctant to absent herself from lesson for no particular reason because she would miss out the chance of seeing [him]. It seems like [he] has become Janet's main driving generator. Without [his] presence, she would feel listless. Without [his] smile, even though that particular day is sunny bright, it would still be gloomy. Imagine how Janet live when [he] was absent from school.. It was as though a living corpse passing by. Horrendous. . .

When Janet arrived school, she immediately search for [him] secretly. Just then, as Janet was about to make a U-turn, [he] appeared right in front of her. Janet's heart was beating fast. Not knowingly what to say, she froze at her fixed position and gave a stunt look. Blood was rushing up to the top all the way, causing an immediate blush. Thank goodness, no one notice it as her complexion covers it all..

Bermuda Love - Chapter 5

It was a dark and cloudy night, Janet* stood by the window, silently embracing the coolness of the downpour rain. As Janet sees the incoming small droplet falling from the sky, the sorrows in your heart raced back and she began to recall those joyous moment she had with James*. All these memories they had, Janet kept safe in her heart. But, sad to say, Happiness does not cling on to you forever if ones is not committed to another fervently. Janet and James soon broke up after she learned that James has an affair with her best-est buddy, Kate*. The aftermath caused Janet to loss two of her precious kins. Soon after, Janet almost fell into depression when suddenly, a guy came into the picture and once again changed her life. Frederick, is a nice and outgoing person. Janet got the first chance to chat with him via Friendster and MSN links. As time goes by, both of em' shared their stories and got very close together, in a sense, they shared every experiences, worries, happiness and desires to each other. After knowing each other for quite some time, Frederick and Janet decided to meet up. 04/03/2007 marked a special day as Janet finally gets to see Frederick face to face. Initially, both youngster were too shy to make the first step, but Janet took up the courage to start on a conversation. Soon after, both youngsters started to indulged into a long chat and Janet and Frederick felt the love for each other. Right now, both of em' became couples of all desired. They love each other whole heartedly. They promise each other that when ones falls, the other will stretch out its hand and hold em'.. They promise that they will run the race together. When obstacles arises, they shall fight the battle together and enjoy the triumphs together..Love U..
